Do you offer technical support? +
Yes. Technical support and installation assistance are included for as long as your license is active. We usually reply within a few hours.
What happens after I pay? +
Your invoice is emailed to you immediately and is always available in your account. Next, add your domain names in your account to generate your license file, then download the latest script package and documentation.
What is the license file? +
It is a small script that authorizes PopunderJS to run on the domains registered to your license. Keep it on your server for as long as your license is valid. After each renewal, download the new license file and replace the old one.
Can I change my domains later? +
No. Once a domain has been added, it cannot be changed or removed. On multi-domain plans, you can keep adding domains until you reach your plan limit, so please double-check each domain before adding it.
What is the difference between the domain plans and the Ad Network plan? +
With a domain plan, the script must be hosted on and run from your registered domains. With the Ad Network plan, the script is hosted on your registered domain and can be embedded on any website, for example with <script src="https://your-domain.com/pop.js"></script>. Copying pop.js to a different domain and loading it from there will not work.
Can I modify the script? +
Since version 2.0, the raw source code is no longer provided. Instead, the script offers hooks and APIs that let you customize its behavior and integrate it with your tracking system.
Do you offer a free trial? +
We do not offer a trial version. However, you can test the live demo on all of your browsers and devices before purchasing.
Can a pop-under open on page load, on hover or when the page is closed? +
No. Modern browsers only allow a new window or tab to open in response to a user click or tap.
How does renewal work? +
Licenses are paid in advance, with no automatic charges. We email you a reminder before your license expires; you can then renew from your account and download your updated license file.
Can I pay with cryptocurrency? +
Yes. Contact us and we will send you payment instructions. Your license is activated and your invoice issued as soon as the payment is confirmed.
