Refund policy

We are always fair and honest with our customers. Please test the live demo on all of your devices before purchasing — by purchasing, you agree with how the script performs in the demo.

1. We refund if the script does not work as shown in our demo.
2. We refund without asking any questions if you have not added any domain to your license yet (no license file has been generated). Our license file runs on your server and cannot be disabled remotely, so once it has been generated, a refund is not possible for this reason alone.
3. We do not refund without a valid reason. A broken script, or no reply from support within 48 hours, are valid reasons.
4. We do not refund after you have used the script for some time and then close your business or stop using it.
5. Closing your business, no longer wanting the script, or your domain being blocklisted by ad blockers are not valid reasons for a refund.

We do not guarantee the script's behavior with ad blockers and do not refund in that case.
